I was wondering how these two characters are in the game because noone really seem to talk about them i didn't play EX3 but i plan to. So in your opinion how are these characters to you?

I can't really say much on Chun Li, though I'd say that Pullum has a lot of potiental as long as you can master her momentaries, and switch it up a bit. One of the friends that I play, dislike facing Pullum the most (though he finds Hokuto to be annoying too and Rosso is a pain in the ass too he admits).

Is Pullum the same as EX plus alpha
and what is her difficulty just wondering

Pullum played correctly, is sort of like CE Bison, minus the redizzy's. So if you know how he's played you'd have an idea of what Pullum can do.

Sorta. What you do, is you pick regular Hokuto. When she has 1 super bar (or more), you can do qcfX2+K to transform into her Dark Hokuto. To go back to regular Hokuto either do her RAging Demon type move, or her meteor.

which Hokuto is better?

Personally I like transformed Hokuto better due to the added juggles and the quick qcb+P. But she loses her counter (reverse dragon punch motion with p), and loses the ability to feint with her sliding kicks. So its arguable that the normal hokuto is better, depending on your style of play.

k thanks i got to check this game out. I think Chun-Li would be better then Pullum in a fight .

I dunno, Pullum can be fairly annoying, especially if you get in the zone with her timing.

I finally got the game today (I know i'm late). I got a chance to use both Chun-Li and Pullum (I'm glad that shes a unlockable). I like both of them a lot. They didn't receive a drastic change but i still enjoy using Pullum and Chun-Li.

she is freinds with ryu and ken by being some tour guide 4 a hotel

BUT!!!!!! try pullums meteor combo its really funny!!!!

There both great characters!
Pullum has some great moves and i love her special moves!

Chun Li aways a winner for me though..shes my favorite character ever and always will be!
