Help with Sabin blitz during Vargas fight

	I used to play FF III on the SNES and I just downloaded the ROM and now I am stuck on this battle. When Vargas puts the doom countdown on Sabin and you have to use the blitz attack I dont know at what point to input the < > < A blitz. As soon as I click on blitz, Sabin shines a little light around him and then it almost immediately says 'incorrect blitz input'. The walkthroughs on the site were talking about an cursor appearing when it was time to input, but I havnt seen anything.

	quote I can't beat Vargas! My Blitz never comes out! What do I do? Often people get confused on when they're supposed to enter the blitz input, in this case, left-right-left. Scroll down to blitz, push the confirm button ONCE, then enter left, right, left. Then hit confirm again, and Sabin should unleash the blitz. As an aside, when you have to use a diagonal for a blitz, you can also use one of the two directions that make up that diagonal. Thus, if you have to hit down-left, say for Bum Rush, you can hit either down OR left instead and it will still work. This is very handy for those playing with a PSX pad or a keyboard. 	I'm having exactly the same problem. I'm not doing anything wrong, I have the rom, and every time i select blitz and then dont touch anything, sabin will walk up, do a flashy thing, and it will say "incorrect input". Help?

	Finnaly got it... Press left, right, left WHEN the finger pointer points your character. Then press A button So. 1. Point to Blitz (not press) 2. Press left then right then left 3. Press A Another words. You press left, right, left BEFORE execute Blitz. Good luck

	Correction 1. Point to Blitz (using up-down button) 2. Press A button ONCE 3. left right left (the finger still pointing your char) 4. Press A (to execute Blitz)

	If you are having trouble with incorrect inputs... try dropping the speed of your ROM down. Josh.

	press the left,right,left when the cursor appeared the cursor looked like a hand that is pointing on sabin then hit the X on the key board (downloaded ROM ,same as mine )

	Wow thanks, I am playing final fantasy anthology, in the PS3 and i thought I was just doing it wrong or the controller lagged, but it was just that little detail of the hand thanks I was getting very pissed.

	I'v try to get the blitz to work about 20 times now well the fingers pointing at sab I press L,R,L then A and still every time incorrect input any ideas:confused:

	It's not L, R, L and then A. It's left, right, left on the D-pad and then A.

	i have the same problem and nothing works. i'm playing on playstation 2. i've tried the cross thing(d pad?) the r1 L1 and the circle square buttons! it says x then L R L then x again then he squats flashes and says wrong imput. is my game defective?

	while you are inputting L R L do you hear a noise or see anything when you do it correctly?
