question regarding this game, i was playing it recently and I went through to about 33 levels where i had done everything up till the forest (included) which then sent me to a star area, in the star area I did the first level and it opened a passage to star No. 5... now when i pressed on the star it took me straight to a place called "front door" which has an extremely hard boss (some dude in a clown looking flying machine with a green propellor on the bottom ?? anyway, after winning it, it told me the game was over !! and game me the credits !!! surely that cannot be all ??????? did i miss some stages ?? is it a glitch that I ws sent straight to "front door" ??

That guy is Bowser and its just you beat the boss and you have to save Before you beat The final boss/Bowser.It will say the end because its the end of the story but not the game.there is alot of secrets to unlock in the game.In fact,you can actually beat or get to bowser in 12 levels.

Well anyways, I am weskraudaon and this is one of the best game ever.

I'm not a speedrunner but I love this game and I'm extremely familiar with it. I've played it extensively when I was young on the SNES, played the cheap version on Game Boy Advance, and it is now one of the games I play the most on the Wii Virtual Console. If anyone needs help along the course of the game, from secrets to the best route through a tough part of a level, I'd be glad to offer my advice.

Mario World = my childhood, therefore I feel it is my right, neigh, my duty to post in this forum... ah ha.

So anyway, BEST GAEM EVA and if you say otherwise you deserve to be spat upon like the peasant you truly are.

Apparently, I need to be spat upon since I don't think this is the best game eva. Super Mario All Stars + SMW is the best Mario game(s) though.

This is the game that blew me away so much that I went out and got my now favourite system (the wonderful snes). My best friend rented a snes with mario world when it was new and we were blown away. I still play it on my gba. I can now get all 96 exits in an hour or two of playing. And pretty efficiently too. I've literally played it so much I have it memorized

I can't remember a lot of this game, but I know that I beat it when I was really little, like three or something, and I did it before my older cousin did. xD I would like to play this again because it is one of my favorite games, but I am lacking a SNES that works and my games are missing...

I've been posting here, so I might as well introduce myself. I've played Mario for a long time. My favourite game was easily Mario Kart 64, but I still like Super Mario World a lot. I have never finished it, but I plan to do so in the next year or so. On a side note, I urge all of you to head over to the General Mario Bros.
