Is it possible to get all the way through star world with the first three switches activated and without the blue switch pulled to get to Bonus world?

It is possible, but you'll need a Blue Yoshi from Star World 2 and a Cape Feather. You'll have to do a lot of Koopa shell swallowing, but it's able to be done.
