But when I play Fatal Frame II until now I can trough , I am stuck in chapter 4 when I see Miyu in the locked room and try to call her but she can't hear me , please some one help me to find the key

First, go speak with the boy in the storehouse again. Then, you go into the Osaka house (the first house you enterred at the beginning of the game). Go into the room where you first found the camera obscura. On the wall is a puzzle. You have to turn the four outer pinwheels so the spokes facing inside match the spokes of the pinwheel in the center. I don't remember the combination, but it's not hard to figure out. This will open a secret passage. Go down, and in one of the small branched paths in this cave-like area is a chest. If you examine it, you'll activate a cutscene where Mio is faced with a new ghost called a Mourner. One of the Mourners will drop the key you're looking for. You don't have to fight the Mourner if you don't want. If you're fast enough, you can grab the key and get back to the family altar room without being hurt. Go back to the Kurosawa House, but beware. There are two Mouners in the basement you have to enter through, and these two seal off your exit until you defeat both of them. Now go back to the place where Mayu was locked up and VOILA!
