What is the point of all those film reels? I've gotton 7 of them and nothing special happened like with the bloody ring. Is it a mini game or something? They are very creepy to watch, but is that all?

Pretty much. They're just there for background flavor, and for the perfectionist who wants every item in the game. I believe there are seven in all. You can carry them all with you or leave some in the projectors. It'll usually play whatever reel you left there whenever you re-enter the room.

Yah i was asking myself the same question. I wished they were more chilling. Another question, what is the poing of the bloddy ring? Is there a way to use if I replay the game? What is its purpose?

If you get the bloody ring, when you return to the Osaka house after Mayu is stuck in the cell, go to the backroom... There you will get a special battle with Miyako and her boyfriend... The battle's pretty hard, so be cautious...

yeah. It's a 'minigame' in the game. You find out what happened to the boyfriend, plus add more photos to your spirit list.

This had to be the scariest moment in the game for me! I was watching the film where the woman crawls out of the box, in camera mode, and my filament started glowing red! I was so freaked that she would come out of the screen, but then one of those scary Kiryu twins started to throttle me! I had to battle them with that film playing over and over. It was very creepy.
