Everytime I click a link that opens a new window, the new window freezes. It doesn't show anything on it. I can still close it, but that's pretty much the only thing I can do.
Anyone know anything about this...? I'm using Windows 98SE by the way...  ------------------- ѕ ι ℓ н σ υ є т т є

Are you sure this is happening with all Internet Explorer links? It is obvious that you are able to post on Neoseeker so try opening new links here and see if the same error occurs. Also, does this happen when you just click the link or when you Right-click the link and select 'Open in New Window'? Even though this may not matter, sometimes even small differences can be important.
I also think that you should try some other browser like Mozilla FireFox, but that is only a suggestion. Hope this helps. ------------------- Knowledge is the best Gift! | |

wow someone apart from me who uses 98SE.
switch to firefox, simple as that. faster, more secure, built in popup blocker, only optional things can be crammed into it unlike IE, with a whole bunch of useless crap(microsoft wallet? what were they smoking?) ------------------- | |

yes, another IE user converted to firefox. FF is in my opinion the best browser. you can find some other threads in this forum on firefox. heres one. this is page 2 of IE Tab- Is It Necessary?

im fine with my current os, and my better-than-IE browser. its my hardware that needs to be up to date as far as im concerned
