I have gotten 100 in this game 2 times i think, it was harder to play when i was younger but now it is a snap to get i find

I could never get 100 on 1-7. I was always missing a few Red Coins. lol.

I am so pissed off that nothing happens when you 100 percent the whole game... no rewards.. no bonus world... no special ending... nintendo effed up

with 7-1 right at the end you will see a ledge half in the ground. Stand right on the edge and shoot an egg straight above you. Then a arrow ball will appear. Jump on it. Then when you are in this world go to the left and roll the stone ball to the other isd eof the section. A ? cloud will appear. Shoot it and a flower ladder will appear. There's your red coins.
