so i've been having this nagging problem with vista and punkbuster lately that's killing me.

everytime i try to hop into a game i get kicked out within a few seconds because punkbusterA.exe will not communicate. so i figured it was a firewall or something. someone else told me that i needed to put in an exception for punkbusterA and B.exe.
but my problem is that it will not let me put in that exception anywhere (i can't even find it). so first i turned off all my firewalls and security software, but nothing. reinstalled pbuster seperately from their website with most recent updates, and patches for bfv, but nothing. reinstalled everything and whatnot, but nothing. is there something that i'm missing, or can i get that file seperately from somewhere else?

any other ideas?
