The United Force is looking for mature gamers to fill empty spots on our roster. We currently just play Battlefield Vietnam but we will most likely begin playing Battlefield 2 the day it is released.

We compete in the TWL 8v8 Battlefield Vietnam league and have matches almost every week. We also will only accept gamers that are at least 16 years of age. We also do have rules in our clan, but none that should be to hard to follow.

As far as donating goes, We totally appreciate donations towards our server but we will by no means require it.

Heres what our leader has to say:
First let me say...Welcome to [TUF]! If you are a serious gamer who loves the art of gaming…then you made the right choice in joining [TUF].

This is what you need to do...

1. Read, understand and follow the [TUF] membership rules located here: http://www.theunitedforce.com/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewtopic&t=48

2. Create a new thread in the "joining [TUF]" forum located here: http://www.theunitedforce.com/modules.php?name=Forums&file=viewforum&f=5 and post the following information:
a. In-game name
b. Age
c. Geographical location
d. Why you want to join this clan
e. Short biography of your self…Let us know who are, what your hobbies are outside of gaming, likes, dislikes, etc…basically we just want to know what makes you…you.

3. Register on the [TUF] website/forums with [TUF]name

4. Download and configure your teamspeak client to connect to our teamspeak server. *NOTE: You must have a working mic!! You can find the IP and password here: http://www.theunitedforce.com/modules.php?name=Servers. Use the same [TUF]name when connecting to teamspeak.

5. Register with TWL at www.teamwarfare.com with [TUF]name.

6. Once you register with TWL you will need to add your BF:V punkbuster GUID into your profile. You can obtain your GUID by going in-game, bring down the console by pressing "`", and type "pb_plist". This command will return an alpha-numeric string. Copy down the last 8 digits and add this as an in-game identifier in your TWL profile.

7. Next you will need to add yourself to the TUF roster in TWL. You can do this by searching for The United Force and clicking the "Join" button.

8. Make sure you know where our BF:V server is and make sure you can join.

Post here or ask one of us on teamspeak if you have any questions or problems.

When you complete these steps you will be enlisted and added to our roster as private. Your attitude, participation, teamwork and skill will dictate where you go from there. You will be put on a two week probation during which time your attitude, participation, teamwork and skill will be evaluated. Following the completion of this probationary period you will be permanently added to the [TUF] roster provided that your participation and attitude is compatible with [TUF] and our existing member base.

You will then be a member of The United Force, as such you will be expected to always wear your [TUF] tag while in game (BF:V), on teamspeak, and while posting in these forums; act and play accordingly. You will also be expected to attend at least one practice a week unless prior notice is given. In addition, anytime you are in-game you must be on teamspeak. This is crucial as command and control and teamwork is not near as effective without verbal communication. Not to mention some of the conversations in teamspeak can get rather interesting. heh.

Lastly, [TUF] is fully funded by [TUF] member donations. While donating is not a requirement of clan membership, we do ask that members donate what they can when they can to help keep our servers online.

I know…your probably thinking this is a lot to do just to join a clan…and it is. Unfortunately it is unavoidable. So once you get all this red tape done, please post here so we can add you to the [TUF] roster.

Hey all, you all know me if you've been on the BFV forum awhile, a couple of months back I decided to start my own clan as I was bored of the clans that forced you to play 7 hours a week, or you must own a certain bit of hardware, etc. So we setup a nice clan called 'Electronic Warfare'. We are multi-gaming so you needn't get bored, we also play call of duty and have our own fulltime 20-man server for that, we play Freelancer on a fulltime server also, but our BFV side is currently lacking manpower to own our own server.

I have started a clan, but we need members first( we only have 5 right not)
This clan will play almost any game, and will consist of branches after we get a certain amount of people. I, the clan leader, play WarRock, Call of Duty 4, Counter Strike 1.6, Battlefield Vietnam and 1942+expansion packs for 1942, and some others.
