Just to inform you guys I've been demoted from moderator of this forum due to the decline of the PPD

And with the new patch coming soon, activity may jump a bit. Oh well, I'm not displeased by any of it, it was kool while it lasted. Hopefully Battlefield 2 will be more active.

Yeah, right now its at 2 post per day. But I'm sure when it gets closer to release it will pick up

For this forum it may pick up after the 1st patch and when mods are released. Right now the Russian Assult,Point of Existence and, the Eve of destruction mod look the best, Russian Assult and EOD have a release soon, not so sure about POE though.

Also if you didnt know Modern combat got pushed back to next year. It was suppose to come out this year Ea decided to put in single player so it will take another year

And of course I'm back now.
So the PPD will jump up agaon if course.
I also hope the patch will be released soon. I could use a fuel injection of BFV.

Hey guys, just wondering what y'all think of my new banner and avatar. I made them both from scratch in photoshop. Took me nearly three and a half hours to get the eye right. My wife did most of the work on the banner though, seeing as she is the pro out of the two of us honest opinions needed, cos I'm trying to up my skills, so any constructive criticism is welcome!

Nice* banner i used to do lots of Graphics in Photoshop, because i used to own a website but i gave it up, at the age of 15 i wanted to do other stuff and to be honest get out and do more stuff, but i like ur banner

nice banner! how do u make shadows like that? I'm ok but not great with photoshop, I use paint shop pro mostly. Your avatar looks the same though, might be a neo glitch or it didnt upload right

Thanks guys, I've had more support here than from the guys and girls over at graphics and animation. They flamed me big time for not disabling my sig and got real funny with me when I tried to explain that it was my SIG that I wanted rating and therefore it had to be there. So do you know what they made me do? They made me disable my sig, but show it as an image within a post before they would rate it! How dumb is that......

Anyway, yeah the shadow is very easy, you just go to layers and click on the layer with the 3d image in it and go to layer options and press 'drop shadow' and then tweak it a bit. The eye was very hard to do, it took me ages because I made it completely from scratch. Any more comments are welcome, especially criticising ones please. I learn from mistakes!

This is an awesome game and the mods will be awesome. Like the new WW2 one.
