A lot of the guests aren't though. Besides the forum is just barely alive. Disabling for guests might just kill the forum even more.

If it's really a problem though I guess disabling guest posts would do.

I don't want to disable guest posting, just their ability to create threads.

Although the guests mostly have a question to be asked about the game. Which we can answers. They're nothing without us.
But it would be hard for them to ask question if they can't create threads about it...

Just gotta rant about how much I hate tk'ers. I was just online and some twat decided to jump onto the zsu from which I was firing at the Hueys on Irving. I thought he wanted a lift but he stood there for a moment or two and then shot me point blank in the face!! Twat, then he didn't even take the ZSU.
After that he went to the US and amassed a score of....wait for it......-96, yes minus96!!
I tried to votekick him, but that didn't work and eventually everyone left the server because of him/her.

Any other experiences?

What drives people to do that kind of stuff!? Never did I think... "Hey, I'm gonna be a complete asshole and ruin the gaming experience for everybody." Once in awhile there will be a guy on the server who kills his own team mates to get the cobra/huey. I once got a attack huey and was waiting for a passenger to be my gunner, two people were running up to the huey, only one could get in, the guy who got left behind decided to unload his M60 in to my huey as I was taking off. WHY!?

Then there are those people who take vehicles and don't wait for nobody! I hate that, they'll take a jeep and I'll be less then 10 feet behind him and he takes off! "REQUESTING A PICKUP OVER!" I'll say like a couple a times, I see his car disappear into the horizon

Yeah, we've all had that. If I get in a chopper, unless I'm under fire I always wait 5 or 10 seconds to see if any1 wants a lift......but people who don't piss me off. Oh and this guy was on game-warden yesterday at the main nva base and he was laying on the helipad. No problem, I hear everyone say, but then the heli won't spawn, so we asked him to move. He said we were n00bs and someone needed to defend the base. We said fair enough but get the f3ck off the pad. He says f3ck off back and some guy then pops him. The chopper spawns and we get in, so he f3cking shoots us all down with an SA-7 cos we apparently dissed him!!!

Damnit! There's an imposter Codeine out there! I went to look at my stats after a game today on BF Tracks and noticed it said I was still playing, only on a different server. Why does BFV let two people have the same names!?

I hope this guy doesn't suck and mess up my stats

its a game based on all the battlefield series and i think it was the bf developers that had quite a big input to it!

i was just really looking to get everyones opinions on it as its a bf based game!

Actually Gixxa, it's based on the delta force series, but thats just trivial
I had the demo, but it lagged majorly, because (i think) of 100 (wo)man servers!! I started a server on my local network between my wife and I, and it does rock, but not in the same way as BFV, although it is very similar. Plus points are things like every vehicle is drivable or flyable (albeit extremely difficultly) and the fact that you can drive a humvee with 6 guys into a chinook and then fly the chinook with as many people as you can fit in it (just like for real!) to a base and murder it!
Bad points are that the controls for vehicles are very hard and the ballistics sytem isn't very advanced (meaning where you shoot, it hits instantaneously rather than after a second, so you can't lead a target or rather you don't need to lead a moving target because it's an instant hit!

Graphics are superb though, but compare it to BFV on the whole and I'm sticking here.....although they are subtly different, so you could get away with owning both.

And yes I would consider joining you guys in your clan, if I'm allowed? Where do I join, a website or word of mouth?
A word of warning though, I am extremely frequently away on operations or exercises due to the nature of my work. It's extremely tough to pin down any particualr day I can play, it will be an 'if I see u online, then I'll come on' type relationship. A bit like my marriage 'if u see me tonight then i'm home, if not then i'm not'!! Not a great life, but I love the adrenaline Please bear with me on that, I'm actually quite a nice guy (if i may say so)when I'm not caffeined up to the max. due to a week of 3 hrs sleep a night on exercise!
