Jus finished playing another game with SancLunatic. THe first time we played we got bored cause the U.S. was screwing around and werent attacking. So we took an artillery truck and went to there base.

After that we were out on diffrent teams. I had the jet and he had a helicopter. He shot me down like twice and I shot him down twice.Heres the last score, i think he left before the final score cause i didnt see his name

Has anybody played Joint Operations yet? I haven't even steped into a multiplayer game, just playing single player trying to get the hang of everything and I love it so far.

yeah i played it--ITS AWSOME!!!!

its so much quicker than bfv, if you are a lone ranger youll end up dead and if you dont have a clue about tactics or stealth youll end up dead too.

it not very noob friendly but it is an amazing game.

do you think we could get the [GfG]'s to expand out to that aswell bizzy?

oh and just as another point-xfire,
i had to remove it from my machine because i use pc cillin antivirus but when i had xfire on my machine i couldnt update pc cillin or do any thing with it. does anyone else have this problem, know why it happened or have any solutions? cos i dont wanna be without xfire for a long time as it kept me in touch with you lot but i need my antivirus software to be tiptop for obvious reasons!!

I'm not really sure what the solution to that problem is because I don't really no much about that anti-virus software. Is it possiable for you to switch to another anti-virus service?

Haven't played Joint Operations yet. Heard some good things about it, but also a few less good things. But it was a while ago though.
I'll see if I try it.

The only thing I don't like about it is the helicopters are too easy to pilot. I like in BF: Vietnam that it took a little practice to learn how to fly and then some dedication to master the controls. They fly very realisticly and are a challange to land. In Joint Operations anybody could pick up and fly, they don't have any momentum so you can stop to land without any timing to slow down at all.

I'm sure there are some other gripes because I have yet to play multiplayer, but the single player training missions have all been really fun.

I still love Vietnam though, I can't imagine me forgeting about BFV for JO. The whole atmosphere and culture of the 60s and the Vietnam War makes it very enjoyable. And you can't blast "Somebody to Love" from a Huey helicopter in JO.

jo isnt good enough to make me give up bfv because the atmosphere of bfv is so much better and people are all there to have fun. also because its a slower pace i think its more enjoyable (apart from when people spawn rape!!)

i could switch to a different antivirus but the one i got seems to be the most effective one iv tried. and i also like it cos its idiot friendly

I got the demo around here some where. 100 player servers are awesome but it lags in them. I can play with about 75 players max to get no lag. it is a good game though

The levels are really well done and put together, it's full of very thick and dense jungles, swamps, rivers and people actually use the boats. It gets intense when a firefight breaks out in the jungles, tons of places to hide and hard to find the enemies shooting at you in the brush. It's ashame that the Neoseeker forum for Joint Ops is long past dead, it's such a new and great game. If you're a fan of Battlefield: Vietnam (not a fanboy), you'll love Joint Operations.
