Ok, I only got this game a few days ago because a friend recommended it, and it had a discount, so maybe this isn't a problem so much as I just don't know enough yet.

But, everytime I try to play multiplayer, I hit UPDATE to get the server list, and then nothing happens. It sits there until I hit stop, but I don't get any servers.

Anyone have any ideas as to what the problem is?

Yeah, you probably need to update the game with the latest patch, available here

It is a good recommendation from your friend, BTW. It's an excellent game, I still play it actively and I've had it from day 1!

No, I already downloaded the patch and installed it.

you have got the multiplayer setting to internet, right? Silly, but you never know, it's easily done. And your correct modem speed in options, also. Also, have you got a firewall it may be stuck behind?

Hmm...dunno what happened, I didnt change anything, but now its working...
