what does it means anyway..?ok, i know this is a noob question but can u pls help me out here ? dragon resistance and dragon atk what those it means?

Well, Dragon Resistance is how much damage you take from attacks with a Dragon Element. The only things I'm aware of that deal Dragon Elemental damage is the Rathalos, Lao and Fatalis. All of their physical attacks deal Dragon.

As for Dragon attack, I'll assume you mean weapons with a Dragon Element. It just deals extra damage of the Dragon Element. If a monster is resistant to Dragon, they take less damage than a monster that is weak to Dragon.

To find out which element a monster is weak to, check the resistances on their armor. For example, a Kut-Ku is weakest to water, a Gycerous to fire, and a Plesioth to thunder. The Raths are weak to Dragon as well as the Lao and Fatalis.

I think you can figure out the rest on your own.
