	forest and hills...kk scales all the way you can also do the piscine liver quest and max out the livers you collect. The excess livers you collect turn into serious bonus cash at the end. This way works better as you become faster in killing the cephalos. Side note: It may take a while to get the max (10) livers, but the other fangs fins are worth good money too.
