yeah when the hell is MH2 comin out in the UK??

I need it to live!!!

i heard mh2 is coming out in the UK in November but no news about US or Canada

Can you transfer your MH character to MH2? And will there be a bonus for having a previous MH save file?

That would be good and bad.
Because you would keep your stuff, but then it would be no fun
fighting weaker monsters.
I doubt it though, because they changed some of the weapons
into those new weapon styles like the Red Dragonsword into a
Samurai Sword, and new weapon functions, like being able to
load all your strength into the GS and then strike.

But I would have liked to keep all my stuff, makes me a little
sad

And the reward for players with a MH save file is being
able to visit the old village from the first game, I think

nope. the only cross connectivity with n e monster hunter game with part 2 is with the psp where u just have some special features attached to the game.

I'm having second thoughts about it now, seriously, it has no release date posted and only about 8 official images online. I'm beginning to think that this game might not see the light in America like Monster Hunter G.

All I'm saying is don't get too excited for it.

And please don't try to convince me that it is coming out to the U.S.

i can almost guarantee MH2 wont be released in the US. reason 1: MH3 will probably be out in Japan on ps3 only a few months after launch. so i suspect MH3 will be relabeled MH2 for America, much like Final Fantasy was years ago. reason 2: MHF2 has been confirmed for the US, and is basically a port of MH2 minus active time and seasons. hopefully our version wont loose internet play. i just broght mhf back cuz i cant stand it without online.

uh notice that on the psp virsion of MH....theres no where to put the chat button.....think thats y it cant go online that well?

I think we should just get like a massive mh army going and bitching to capcom cause i been here since like june of 05 and we havent quit complaining about the release date of mh2. I mean usually sequels have hit by now. Capcom better get in gear or im going to take it over or something -_-

i have info about some of the new monsters within the game
anybody heard of the von fango! yet this will ennoy u because(u know all them buffango u hate well things just got worst the von fango is a leader of the buffango uhhhhh ohhhh)!or the white baboon thingy.also these tiny baboons that have a fart attack
weapon information: one thing u forgot about the hammers is that they now can knock out monsters if u combo it correctly

I kinda wanna fight that Lion Head Dragon, looks totally badass and is very fast, that would be a challange, not some weak ass monkey or alpha pig.

Ok im new to the monster hunter realm and i was just curious as to how long they have been talking about making a MH2. At this point what is the most recent update on the release date for it?

well monster hunter 2 has been out in japan for some time now. They said they where going 2 release it winter 05 but it kept getting pushed back. No no1 is really sure if it is still coming to the states
