Can anyone give me some tips on killing the yian cut-ku.
I have tried pitfalls, barrel-bombs, and everything i can think of, and im all out of ideas

Yian Kut-ku isn't that hard to fight actually. Traps and bombs are good to have but don't just rely on those, that'll be your downfall if you do. You're gona have to learn to use strategy, understand your weapon, and most of all learn the wyvern's behavior.

Some good tips on fighting it are:

alway attack it's right side, it swing's it's tail to the left, so you'll have enough time to dodge when it's tail comes around. Standing in front of it will result in you getting tackled.

Small barrel bombs will cause ykk to become dazed for a few moments, but the downside is it usually becomes enraged after it, not a good idea if you aren't efficient at dodgeing it yet.

Ykk's weak point is it's wing, aim for those if you can.

one good way to dodge his attacks that I use all the time is instead of rolling sideways away from him, roll forward in between his legs.

What wep do u use?? if you are trying 2 do it with a GS then BLOCK,BLOCK AND BLOCK SOME MORE! you will be surprised how many peeps forget to block with there GS. I currently use a Iron Katana "gospel" which allows me to take it down in 5 mins (no items required) :-p
