Some Hard Tracks |
|
Though I agree that RalliSport Challenge 2 is very realistic and exciting, it is also very frustrating on some of the tracks especially the really snowy ones. I absolutely go bananas everytime I slide off the track without even going fast or even moving. I have to reset my car heaps of times costing me 1st places and career points.

i am now chasing after a class A license (the second hardest mode) and i've given up now. I can do about 4 stages and finishing 1st, but not it's impossible. All the tracks thereafter are just riduculous. If u try to drive fast, you'll slide off or crash, if u drive carefully, you'll finish low in position.

I've completed the entire game, and am currently messing around with various tuning aspects of different cars, mainly out of boredom.
It IS possible to beat the game, it just takes patience, and it dosnt help to tune your car to better suit your driving style and the environment. The courses in Sweden are some of the most difficult in the game, in my opinion, but heres my advice for Sweden: Take it easy. Dont go full throttle all the way through, or else you have no hope of holding a decent racing line. Also, if you dont know how to control an oversteer situation and keep yourself on the course, its best to choose a course you've beaten already and practice. But most importantly in Sweden, just take things easy. Once you get out in front, just go as fast as you can manage while not getting into the snow banks. If you get behind, dont worry about a 2nd or 3rd place finish. Often time, if you manage to place in the top 3 consecutively, you'll still win the event, giving you full career points. Thats just my humble advice. Best thing is to practice! | |

Good advice. I was doing a race earlier in Great Britian, Wiltshire 1, the 10.5 mile track in gravel/rainy conditions... It was such a pain. It took me an hour to beat it, but finally I did. I would restart the race if I didn't get 1st on the first 3 legs of the race. After practicing those 3 legs, you can pretty much do the entire race without fail. Tuning does indeed help.
