I got to hollywood, and I had that key that is suposed to be for a room in the motel. But there is no way to get to the rooms, since the clerk says that there areno vacancies. Any ideas? Thanks.

Heh, that's cute, you actually believe the clerk? When it comes to doors, try all of them. Who cares if the jerk at the desk says "no, you can't go in", after all what's he going to do, stop you? Just walk out the back, and go up the steps on either side. Depending on which quest you're currently on, one of the rooms will be unlockable.
