This is another quest which seems to be stuck, but because of a bug. I went inside to find a freaked out guy. He says something about his crew being killed downstairs. And asks me not to go downstairs. I told him to wait up and I will check it out. He waited in the first room on the left of the entrance. Ok, so I equip my knife, and head down hearing the screams, and watching the cameras... I then find this flesh eating woman vampire, called Pisha I think or something close. Anyway, I talk to her and she asks me to get the guy from upstairs and take him down. So, I went back upstairs, but the guy had disappeared. I can't find him anywhere... I tried talking to her again, but she still asks me to bring him back down.

Help.

He goes back to his apartment - can't remember the name of the apartment building, skyline maybe?

He left a pretty obvious clue - he dropped his business / address card. It may also have shown up on your quest log, don't forget that
