I Cannot find the hammer to break floor panel in a room.
I am caught in haunted ocean house ....
I'm turning in circles....cannot find an exit....
please help me.

You don't need a hammer, the "use" icon merely shows what action you will perform. Just press the use key, and you'll break the panel.

I broke that wall, but I can't open the door in the next room. And I can't return back cuz the door I came in is locked. I'm stuck.

There's two rooms this could be, if you are in the dining room, take the dumb waiter down, but since you broke the wall I think you are in the other room, the one in the basement. The only way out is to read the newspaper about a baby found in the washing machine, then the door opens.
