Anyone know how to answer it? cos there's no option for me too, it rings twice then just cuts off and i cant pick the damn thing up?

yeah i had the same problem. hope this helps:

1> you gotta go to the phone just across the street from the Sin Bin, near the intersection you got off first time you entered Hollywood.

2> here's the tricky part: yes, you can answer the phone, but you have to be looking at it at a certain angle, so work the cursor slowly until you see the 'use' icon light up at the bottom part of the screen. take your time, it's not going anywhere.

3> hope it works out, coz you gotta pick up another phone somewhere, later in the game.
