I've updated my video drivers and played with all the settings within the game as well as for the system, but I still get the following 'bug':

When people are talking the inside of their mouths are bright pink. Doesn't effect gameplay, but still very distracting. Also the boots on Yusi (spelling) the hunter from Chinatown become bright pink. Anyone else experience this issue and if so, found a resolution?
