first, I installed my game of vampire the masquerade bloodlines, then I went into properties on my desktop icon for it and changed the target line at the end to -console, then I applied and oked. Then I started my game, and after using the console for cheats, it froze. Then I thought if I went to the web site and got the patch and put that in the cheat would work, but no It didn't. The console won't even show up now. The part I'm stuck in is where in the tutorial, you have to go meet jack in the basement, talk to him, he tells you to carry on by going through the other door. Well, when I try to pick the door cause you have to, it says failed, no matter what I try. Even after blood buffing myself it still says failed. Can someone please help.
