I'm looking for Wong in the Red Dragon. I ask the hostess where might I find him and she relies, "Second floor, have a good night." Now the problem I have is getting to the second floor. Where do I go?

What is the misson called?

Not sure, all I know is I need to find some guy named Wong in the Red Dragon in Chinatown so I can get some information about a missing Nosferatu.

I've checked everywhere possible. I've looked behind the bar, in the bathroom, and around the entrance looking for a elevator or stairway or some way to the second floor.

Wait wait, scratch that last reply. I read a little deeper and it mentioned that if the hostess didn't take me to the second floor that there was a secret button for me to push. But I'm confused. I have a Toreador that is maxed out on everything, including charm. Why didn't she push the button so I wouldn't have to go through this trouble? Am I not pretty enough? This is bullshit! *runs away crying*
