This is not much of a spoiler, but more of an observation.
In VTMB there are many references to the mythical Caine, even some quests seem to be linked directly to him. However, many have noticed that you cannot find him. Believe it or not, he is one of the main characters in the game and most people will have talked to him once or twice. To find him you must go into your game folder and find the sound file "Vampire\sound\character\dlg\main characters\caine". It should be easy enough to find out who the speaker is once you listen to one of the sound files.
