Not a word has been mentioned about the Gamecube (or at least very few aside from the TP GCN delayed release), and the last game, Super Paper Mario, was brushed aside for Wii launch.

It's kind of funny, as it almost seems like Nintendo views the Gamecube as a burden and a failure. They're portraying it as absolutely worthless instead of additional accessories for Gamecube owners. =P

Well provided I can get Sonic Adventure DX for Christmas then I don't mind. The Wii is a gamecube with more stuff (Backwards compatability) plus I've heard it uses Wi-Fi and in turn can link to the internet. So really it replaces the Game Cube. I'm more lilley to give my Gamecube to my sister since she likes it but doesn't wanmt to get one herself (Since she can bug me so I give her a file on my games). I did have some thoughts that they should re-release some popular Game Cube games for the Wii and do them up a bit. SA2B & SADX would be top on my list to be remade for the Wii (Imagine Wi-Fi Chao Races and Chao Karate) and it'd get the Chao gardens back. But I've heard the Wii is actually doing better than the PS3 at the moment (lol) and it seems to be beating the X-Box 360 (16/20 people I asked said it did and the other 4 hadn't played either) so I'm gonna say the Wii will do much better than it's mother did.

I'm giving my Gamecube to my little brother. I already have the wii zelda but no wii. Every time i ask if more wiis got in at wal mart I'm told they sold out in an hour.

And the chao being on a wii sonic game would be cool. I don't think there going to remake the sonic advantures any time soon considering they're already remakes.

the gamecube is dead. The last game was twilght princess, which was december 12th or something. I got a wii, i'm never plugging my cube in. The wii works with the gamecube, so hell with it.

The Gamecube has been on a steady course to the edge of the cliff for a couple years now, and Zelda being brought to the Wii was the final shove off. Nintendo is now quietly burrying its small purple lunchbox so that it can pull a Jesus and ressurect as the faster, stronger, and more popular Wii. The Gamecube is dead.

As for mine? My friend turned it into a mug. He gutted it and put in a martini shaker to hold the fluid, then secured it. It pretty sweet.

The Gamecube will die out quickly. Since the Wii has backwards compatibality, people can play their favorite GCN games on their Wii. The GCN was without a doubt one of Nintendo's weakest consoles ever. I've even seen that people were taking the insides of their GCN's out and using it as a lunch box.
