Memory Card problem! |
|
My little brother was being an idiot and tried to lift me over his shoulder, he stepped back and onto my memory card (in the gamecube) but only a bit, and it only bent it slightly. But all the data erased and I cant save on it, but is it possible to have it fixed instead of just throwing it out-it was a present from a friend (It also had some of his data on it=hes gunna kill my bro wen he finds out

If all of the data was erased, and you can't save on it then unfortunately the card is most likely damaged beyond repair. My friend accidentally moved his bed over and the bed post was directly on it. The card would still worked, but all of the data that was on it was deleted. ~_^ ------------------- ![]() Team Cool Lightning Igniting Tigers Clan Member

Have you tried taking it apart and removing the bent part? As long as the circuit board and memory chip wasn't damaged you might be able to get the data back. -------------------
