im stuck on this mission an i have no clue how to go about it... a little help please

If I remember correctly, this is the one where you are ask to cause some major destructions in the city. It helps a lot you have either minigun or rocket launcher. Start off by blowing up some cars in the street and rack up your wanted level. Then blow up cop cars and helicopters when they come for you. A useful tip is to shoot the cars that have already been blown up because that will boost your chaos meter too. The key to this mission is to destroy things fast enough before Tommy gets destroyed by the cops.
