I was looking at the Vice City user manuel and on p.10 it has a description of "The Beaches", and under the description is in a little print:

"Shark attacks off Vice City happen a few times a year and there are more sharks out there than you would think - best advice: stay out of the water!-"

Now my question is:

Where are these sharks?

I've been looking all over for them, to get attacked by one, and I haven't seen one shark yet!

hate to break it to ya, but there isn't any sharks in vice city. they just put that in there to give it a tourist feeling.

no you guys are wrong i have seen a shark and i shot at it a couple times but it did nothing i have also seen turtles in there before

I've seen fish, but no shark or any turtle. But yeah, most of the handbook is a tourist guide and the cast and crew of Grand Theft Auto: Vice City. It mostly talks about the people (like Pastor Richards advertizements, population and gangs), places(like hotels and property), and how to play. It was basically a tourist guide like WARNING: WATCH OUT FOR SHARKS!

I saw a turtle before but not a shark. I saw the turtle in that fat guy's mansion. I forgot his name but hes that guy when you help him shoot the people from the balcony and he has interest in you. Anyways, I was trying to get on a boat without cheats and waited and I saw a turtle swimming towards the boats.

I saw a shark just off Prawn Island.
