I installed vice city on my flash drive coz I wanted to run it on my office comp(we cant run executable programs in office).. I took the flash drive to MY office and copied the installed files on the local hard drive. Now when I try to run the game it gives me long error number and when I try to add the regiostry entries it gives me the error message"unable to acess resgitry"

You need to complete a mission called Copland first. Then you will get a message saying cop uniform has been delivered to Washington Beach Police Station. Go there and turn left into the 1st door, look in the corner of the locker room and you'll find cop uniform there. The army will not bother you when you are dressed as a cop.

You can't run the game from the flash drive unless you have the necessary registry components for the game. And you can't get them unless you install or unpack the game properly onto the computer. I'm guessing that your company does not want you to play games when you are at work, which is why you are not allowed to install the game. So be a good employee and keep work and gaming separate.
