As for snipers... Well they both have 1 shot kills for snipers. Depends on who see's who first. So drop the sniper topic.

-That's only in Metroid Prime Hunters, which doesn't even count because it can't really be classified as Metroid. Also, the Imperialist does is a OHKO headshot, but max energy in that game is 199, so there's no proof that it would in fact kill a fully powered Samus.

As for Cortana hacking into Samus's suit... Why don't we have The giant Metroid from super metroid attack master chief? Adding Cortana is like making it a 2 vrs 1. Even if she is in Master Chief's suit.

-Agreed. And BTW, the huge Metroid would kill chief in a few seconds.

The reason why Samus is made stronger in the games at the end is because she gets upgrades.

-To bring her suit to the level is power it was designed for.

This is like comparing Link and Mario in a fight. (I wouldn't say sonic cause he rip Mario, and probably link apart without any upgrades)

As said, Samus' power suit is designed to be that strong. If you didn't notice, in every game she gets damaged somehow to lose her suit powers (ZM and M1 are special. they are the original mission, so she doesn't get injured)
