3.If you have just started the game then you will have to keep doing mission and then you will allowed in to the second and third island, some missions will be hard and becasue you shot at is becasue Officer Hernandez tells not to leave the city a.k.a island or there will trouble a.k.a four wanted level

1: Get a hot car and drive next to a hooker. Pull your car out in front of her on the sidewalk. You might have to honk the horn, but she will eventually hop in the car if you reply posisively to her question "You want a good time honey?".

2: I have never heard of this cheat (X, Square, Down, X, Square, Up, R1, R1) from Skyline_GTR's reply. I don't really know if it will work. If it does, quote my reply and tell me.

3: You need to beat the Los Santos missions. Then you will move on to the Countryside. Then San Fierro, then the Desert, then Las Venturas, then finally the Final Missions. You can also use this cheat (circle, right, circle, right, left, square, triangle, up) which removes cops. Then you can fly or swim to the other areas.

^ The cheat would be the 'recruit anyone' cheat. You can make it so you can add anyone as gang members.

You can get your grove street gangsters in your car at any time, as well as hookers. Add them to your gang by aiming at one of them with a gun, then pressing up on the D-pad. They'll follow you around, shoot for you, etc.
They're the ones wearing green, around your safehouse.
