While I'm riding my "monster" in the woods of SA, I find this strange parked "walton" in the middle of nowhere!!!
So is "walton" cars are the ghost cars in woods?

The 'ghost' cars spawm on a hill, and roll down it, hence they look like ghosts.

Yes, they spawn in the same places. Again, they're just normal cars that happen to spawn on hills.
There's one marked ghost car down the bottom of the countrside, left of Los Santos. And there's a Vortex up the top, left hand corner that is a ghost Vortex.

I saw something similar to that right i was at back'o'beyond and at the horse shoe type rock on the left was a hill and a glendale was comeing down and it stoped i got in nuthin' there spookey

That's the Ghost Car. The roll down because they're on a hill.

I found today 2 ghost cars in:
montgomeru
redcountry
I tryed to input the repair cheat but it didn't fix! so it's ghost!

Omg, that doesnt mean it's ghost. It's only ghost if it rolls down the hill. If it's damaged like that, it's not ghost.
