re: Cracking the Epsilon Code II

This post is entirely about the possibility of the Epsilon, or the fabled broschure being hidden in GTA IV.

OK, so I found something in GTA IV I shall investigate further, because I think it may lead to something. Ok so I found this Cop car in an alley, and above it, on the fire escape, stands a cop. He is always there in Single Player and guards a red door. Also, that preacher, I'm fairly sure he said Kifflom one time when I walked by. And I think the old Casino has too many hobos, so maybe is something there. That's all for now.

Aztecas??

Also, has anyone noticed that truths car has the license plate "EREHTTUO"?? which of cause reads "OUT THERE" backwards, and since truth is an icon of interest, maybe theres something backwards we should know?? KIFFLOM-MOLFFIK, CRIS FORMAGE-EGAMROF SIRC "E GAMER OF SIR C or CIRCE (refer to greek mythology)??" EPSILON-NOLISPE, RED TRUCK-KCURT DER. I dunno, it just seems a good idea, also, can anyone get a full list of what TT and Toreno say in and out of cutscenes? Me and a few of my friends wanna read through it to see if anything strange is in there (besides torenos intro to Interdiction, now thats weird, but would be interesting to investigate)

re: Cracking the Epsilon Code II

quote WCTR news
Leanne: "Leanne Forge, WCTR news, reporting what the morning memo tells us to. Pornography in preschool-a sickening shortage! And shiny compact discs turning your children into killers! Plus, the Epsilon tract, a psychotic power-hungry cult running the government and Vinewood. Or, an idea whose time has come! The WCTR team spoke to one member."

Epsilon member: "Whenever I'm in trouble, I talk to my invisible friends. When I was a kid, my mother always told me to be good, or invisible people would kill me. I'm passing that terrifying living along to my children. Like a virus!"
So Vinewood belongs to Epsilon?
But:

quote Entertaining America
Chris: "Vinewood only lets you down."
Points are irrelevant, but mine is: Vinewood is definitely a suspicious place and just like this thread, in the Epsilon program, there are no series finales. It goes on, and on, and on.

Oh, yeah, about the garage. It probably doesn't have anything to do with Epsilon, it's just "one of those things". But it shore would be cool if turned out to be the Epsilon headquarters.

If you have any more questions, then you know what to do, it explains everything.

Interesting thing is that jblend said that Epsilon headquarters (or something else) is in the hills, overlooking San Andreas.

Like a virus... hmm, also, why does it state children, and not other epsilonians, and another thing, he doesnt say Kifflom at the end.. and "in the hills overlooking san andreas" wouldnt this be the highest point?? Or maybe the highest set of hills?? Or maybe the Observatory, think about it, its packed with backpackers, and, its got a telescope, which can be used to overlook all of san andreas cause its in Vinewood which is pretty high up.

That seems like good stuff, but nothing happens at that place.

I was crusing around with my red BP Turismo and I decided to got to the Mullholand Intersection to see if a Red Truck passed by, I saw a lot of Red Yosemite trucks but nothing special, none with the dent in the right fender. So I decided to take my hot car to check out the BlueBerry place. I took all the Highway from Mullholand Intersection up Red County all the way to BlueBerry, I got to BlueBerry two mintues before dawn I decided to go inside the strange building that glows blue, the one that has the sign(when read vertically): "Red Truck." I waited in there 'till it hit dawn but nothing happened so I drove out of there with my red BP Turismo at the left exit, when I came into the street I saw a Blue Tractor parked perfectly on the sidewalk, I don't know if a ped left it there or what happend, I just saw it there, I got on it but nothing happened.

Could this be a hint or clue, because "tractor" has the word "TRACT" in it, which it is said that the "TRACT" has not yet been written? Maybe it refers to the tractor not been drove? This just maybe a random occurence by the way.

BTW, All Word Combo's for San Andreas.

re: Cracking the Epsilon Code II

Good find Randome with the WCTR radio interview with an Epsilon member. I've actually never heard this before.

Perhaps we're looking in the wrong direction by looking in the Desert and San Fierro, maybe Los Santos is the area we should be analyzing. After all, it is most mentioned in 'jblends' quotes and is often mentioned by Epsilon members.

There's this one post by 'jblend' which puzzles me,

"There is a hill just west of Los Santos airport where there are loads of campers and hikers who talk about epsilon. There is an independent group of Kifflom followers near there".

That is direct information that is not in a riddled form, so we're looking for other peds related to Epsilon in this location, and NOT the backpackers.

"The young are usually more open to the words of Kifflom than the old".

The backpackers look young, and they are very open to the words of Kifflom.

"Listen to the trees and see if the young followers of Kiff will help you."

Perhaps if you followed one of the backpackers around for a bit and when he spoke to another ped, they could speak of Epsilon, and therefore this ped will be the "independent group" and the "trees".

Well, thats obviously the observatory, so, I went there, and then I checked the surrounding areas, and when I was flying my Hydra over Unity Station, a blue tractor started driving down the road where the low-rider dude stands, I bailed out, and jumped on the tractor, I started to drive it around, and I noticed the gang that wore light blue/aqua (Cesars boys?) spawn around there, maybe theyre the others??

And yeah, thats prolly why VerdantAbyss never found anything, cause he had his search parties around the desert...

Los Santos is FULL of epsilon, I mean, Vinewood being mentioned in Formages interview, Dider Saches in Rodio, which is the only one I know of, the cane behind Vinewood and infront of Dider Saches, The observatory which is crawling with backpackers, a light blue gang, its so obvious, why was Verdant so blind? I wish he could see where weve gotten so far...

EDIT:
Ive been checking out this area for 5 minutes, and ive realised its got the highest fully red beat up glendale spawn rate ive ever seen, 5 in 5 minutes... Maybe...

re: Cracking the Epsilon Code II

I know that the Aztecas dress in the Epsilon colour of light blue, however I don't think that its connected to Epsilon.

Why is Didier Saches in Los Santos anyway?
I understand its in rodeo and that part of Los Santos is supposed to represent Hollywood and the richer areas of Los Angeles, however if you had the choice to put a tuxedo store in one of three cities only, why choose Los Santos and not Las Venturas?

I've often wondered why Dider Sachs is in Los Santos. There also just so happens to be a cane there as you pointed out. Could this be where the Epsilon members buy their clothes?

Maybe we could search this area a bit more.

quote Enforcer872

Well, I can understand why he searched there, in fact, if I was in his position back then when this started, I would have looked there too. It has area 69, it has a lot of abandoned, strange ghost towns, random buildings that serve no known purpose at all and the Sherman dam, I still believe that the desert area could be related to Epsilon. After all, GTA Legend did find that RV with the Preist and the whore in the desert.

Another place we haven't looked in to as much and which could hold much more clues and information is Mt. Chiliad, Angel Pine and its surrounding areas. These areas are also mentioned a lot by 'jblend' in his quotes.

Those areas were explored thoroughly during the Bigfoot and Leatherface days, but not for Epsilon so people may have over looked some things.

There are a lot of small farms and random buildings scattered around.

And also I believe its the location of the picture in CJ's house in Grove street, the one on the wall, on the right-hand side as your enter the house.

Where is that place?

If you mean that bridge, then trust me I've thoroughly compared EVERY bridge to that one ant it does not exist, however there is one more picture of a bridge that can be found in several of the safehouses (like the one across the street from the driving school, look to your 11 o'clock direction after entering) which is the Oram bridge in Back o'Beyond (the southern most bridge).

I might have a look in dieder sachs, maybe there might be a certificate in there like the barber, or maybe something more. But, the backpackers where t-shirt and shorts, not something avalible at Dieder Sachs, also, btw, why are people using a eyepatch when the joke mask looks just like a blindfold..
