There's just one "problamo", the birthmark looks absolutely nothing like any place on the map . I know some people say it's suppose to look like the hill that the radio-telescope's on top of, but I just don't see the resemblance.

Either you need to start using the "Check spelling" button or I need to start using an internet-slang dictionary and I really don't see myself using one of those . here is some stuff what i think we need to try out not just in gta sa but in gta IV

1) ring the numbers featured in gta sa on the gta IV mobile (your always equipt with a mobile)
2) listen to radio station PLR on gta IV goes on about kiffolm abit the guy says im not religous or anything but just chill kiffolm man kiffolm! something along them lines
3) i really think they have included the myh in gta IV to continue the secret part what were looking for, maybe on a street wall or something theres a hidden message or theres like another HQ like in SA.

nothing special its just a glitch were the maker R* didnt correctly patch all the walls up (like getting into blue hell) which causes that guy to walk inside the mirro, but really its the street just you can see it through the wall in the tattoo shop. Completley unreleated to Epsilion IMO

Tattoo parlors are accessed by those yellow triangles and are therefore not really were they are, but in Blue Hell - FACT! (That's in order to save disc space and what not)
So it couldn't have been an unpacked wall - FACT!

One tattoo parlor had the guy in the sports clothing and the other one had the black woman with the numbered T-shirt - FACT!

That might be it. The mirrors in the Tattoo parlors must be windows into Blue Hell.

The mirror in the Las Venturas Tattoo parlor (on the eastern wall) reveals, that the Sex Shop from across the street, is actually located in one of the casinos on the northern side of the Old Venturas strip. This is backed up by the fact that the inside of the Sex Shop is rotated 90° clockway, which is confirmed by the fact that the Las Venturas Tattoo parlor is not rotated and the Sex Shop in Blue Hell is visible from it's supposed northern side, which is it's actual western side.

Sound's confusing? Thats the way it is.
