	One can easily go under San Andreas with a helicopter. It's kind of complicated to explain how, with out a picture. There's nothing interesting under there at all. Nothing that you couldn't see from the street. And the only blue hell map for the rest of San Andreas (that I've seen) is >THIS<. http://myepsilon.org/content/maps.htm

	I don't belive there is such a map, but then again I haven't been looking. P.S: Could you edit you're link a little? It doesn't go to the map in it's current form, with the "...map.jpg)" ending. Put a space between the "...map.jpg" and the ")".
