You guys are missing the point that in fact he can raise his right hand or whatever hand is required to raise, simply equip the dual-wield pistols and aim back while the camera is on CJ's front(face) then do a 360 look around while holding the aim button and tada you have your hand raised!(doubt it will change anything though.)

Maybe you have to recruit an epsilon member then raise you left hand. Maybe the epsilon member will say something you can respond to(like when a random ped compliments CJ, you have the option of responding negatively or positively). But even if this were true the one question remains, were do you have to go and when?

Yesterday I tried out a theory of mines, I got a SKY blue shirt from Zip, BLUE Khakis from Zip, a Zip BLUE watch, then headed over to binco for some BLUE sneakers, and then went to the Hair salon in Seville to get RED hair, after that I did the mission "Interdiction" with all that stuff plus the Desert Eagle and the cane, I dragged the Father out of his RV and drove the hooker to the "cult Farm." Nothing happened so I drove her to the observatory in Verdant Bluffs, yet nothing happened. So I got mad, maybe if I try taking her to that No. 1 Desert furnishings store??

My theries:

1.The Gant(Golden Gate)Bridge could be the pass since it leads to the phoneboths(the possible portals).

2.You might have to drive the red dented truck over the gant bridge (starting at san fierro)with a recruited epsilonist backpacker ,drive to the phoneboths, exit, stand in front of the phoneboths and raise you lefthand by pressing + (ps2)and wait for the backpacker to say somthing, then respond positivly.
BRILLIANT!


Another strang thing is if you in to your safehouse in queens, san fierro(the giant hotel)at night the windows by the bed glow blue(Probably means nothing.)

Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!! People could at least try my ideas before calling me a dumbass! I tried it once, but on my way to the bridge my car flipped over and the epsilonist died
