Yes, and yes.

The one in San Fierro is a glitch that shows up if you fly too far out of the map on a plane. Also, there's a really weird territory at Bayside, north of SF, that's actually supposed to be there.
Is the one you've marked really small? There's another near the Jefferson Hotel. It's so annoying, people don't spawn in there so you can't initiate a gang war.
If you can see Ballas, and you stand in the territory to shoot them, it'll start a war even if they're outside the territory.

dont be a hater i just hate being bother by Our Hood Is Under Attack thing and i have to go like "Super CJ is on the way" its like the the whole grove street people are just sitting there buying dope while theyre not even caring that their homies are going to die

Yeah, that is pretty annoying. How come the other guy's can't take care of at least some of the wars. It's like CJ does all the "dirty work" and they just hang around and do nothing. They don't even help Carl when he decides to kick someone's ass on the street.

i know like i tried everything to get atleast a bus or coach to help me take ove gangs for the last mission but they keep running away when their outside or like randomly jump out of the car when im driving

Old thread, I know, but is there supposed to be territory at the Bayside Marina?

Not at the start.I gets triggered when you do Saint Mark's Bristo because of how far you are from L.V.See this for more details.

^ I always thought it was supposed to be there, for some reason. It's a different color to other gang territories, and it's always there. What you're saying does make sense, though I thought that glitch spawned random territories, while the Bayside one is always like that.

It's based on distance,so it spawns the closest random territory.Also your not always guaranteed to have it,as I don't.
