any tips on how to get all the way to level 12 and beat it cause i am really tryinhg to get 100% i am at 91% right now

Go to Angel Pine, it's a small town, there is a hospital there, and the victims are easy to locate and to bring back to the hospital fast in a small area like that little town. -------------------  | |

Go here for all of the information you need, Killer878. I had alot of trouble getting to Level 12 until I did it in Angel Pine.

Well, Verdant and Mtb covered it up...Uhh....My advice is to drive slow so you don't crash into them. Unless time is really low, drive fast, but try to break around corners as the Ambulance is somewhat easy to topple over.
