like 4 instance the los santos cop says things like (i need a donut) while the sanfierro one might say(i can help u with your problems) or (drop the soap honey)the los venturas cop might say(the venturas hound dog is here) or something.

It's not very weird that you here cops or people saying weird stuff. Get on San Andreas, Go to Los Santos, then go to the clothes shop Didersach and listen to what the casher say's and that is weird.

You might want to change the title to "funny cop comments".

Its not that the Cops Are Weird, its that the GTA Developers had a very tortured childhoods and became these sick weirdos that could come up with hilarious and eerily uncomfortable lines for the cops. Especially the officer in San Fierro, he is gay but thats not what baffling to me, its that he looks and acts and speaks like a man who just got out of a mental institution.
