you have to shoot the columbians at the bottom of the ramp that leads to the boat and the columbians on the boat.
if you didn`t know then you have to do this from the roof of the building nearest to the boat | |

That's the last mission of the 1st island. After that, you have to do a mission to go to the 2nd island.

game pro, when you come to the ship, shoot the two guys with your rocket launcher. get as close as you can to them without them seeing you. u know that they have seen you when they run towards you. when you have killed them, your friend will run to the top of the boat so its your job to protect him so he doesnt get killed. get to the top of the boat and blast the heads of those guys! there's about ten up there.

an easy way is get on top of the buildin with the bazooka then shoot the 2 cars then shoot in the boat 1 or 2 times then take out an oozie or something and blast the survivors
