I only get 9/10 where is the 10th???
There are 2 near the Alpha Bull but can reach then before the school spirit goes away

as long as you know your way through and who must you go to first, you'll get to the 10th. i don't really remember, but i guess he/she's pretty far. try getting to everyone as fast as you can, get all the timers(i think there are some around, right?) and you'll make it. i forgot how many times i tried to finally get them all. its tough alright. if you found this is somewhat useless, go find some walkthrough instead. i'm sure it will definitely helps.

Is there a way to go faster?

you cant make larry run faster, no. what i mean is you must find a way to run around smoothly without getting stuck like bumping into walls or people.
