I have been running a VPN/Shiva program on my laptop through a hub connected to a cable Modem to access the Internet.All worked well until I installed a router connected to the Modem with the Hub connected to the Router. All my computers can access the Internet but I can no longer connect to the VPN account.I am advised by SHIVA as follows:

"You will probably find that you are using IPSEC tunnels or that the ports need to be mapped to your internal PC address.

IPSEC – UDP 500 and Protocol 50 (ESP)

SST – UDP 2233

If further assistance is required then please contact your help desk as we would require the configuration of your tunnel from the client and the gateway for further diagnostics".

I am afraid this does not mean very much to me. Any input would be appreciated.
