Anyways, I just picked up my copy of IV, but I have to go back to playing Kingdom Hearts for my brother's sake. He's five and loves all things Disney. He's smart as shit too, and is actually following the story better than some of the people who post here. I love it. But I figured I'd play it with him now to humor him. He's still got a good thirteen more years with my mom, so I might as well have some fun with him for the next week until I move out.

Yeah I've always thought that about KH, the story is aimed above little kids, but the Disney stuff misleads people.

I have The Tiger and The Duke, but I haven't listened to it much. I'll have to get the new track when I get a chance. As far as other bands are concerned, Death from Above 1979 is pretty good from the songs I've heard and I found myself listening to a lot of 65dos a few weeks back.

Tbh, musically my main thing has been Radiohead for a while now. Saw them in concert, to say the least it was awesome.

Death From Above 1979 are really good. Shame they're not doing that anymore.

The Sound of Animals Fighting is totally full of win. The one vocalist is someone I always have to get used to, but once I do, their stuff is amazing. Their drummer knows how to be atmospheric, and the guitar work is always phenomenal.

This new song, The Heraldic Beak of the Manuf, has amazing guitar work. Amazing. The intro is seriously confusing me, because I'm trying to think of how that's done.

I'm can't wait for my wrist to heal so I can play guitar again and try to figure it out. >______>

EDIT: Radiohead is legit, too. Jonny Greenwood is great, but good God Thom Yorke, am I right? I like his solo stuff as well.

And yeah seriously, thats some tricky stuff going down in the intro. If you didn't know, the full title of it is The Heraldic Beak of the Manufacturers Medallion...a bit strange, yeah, but I'd say TMV more then prepared for odd song titles.

I like Green's vocals most of the time, not too big on the screaming bits that were on Tiger and the Duke though.

Mars Volta made it safe though, you're right. I've yet to see anyone touch Ceddy Bear's lyrics.

BTW, The Dark Night actually made me want to indulge a little more in my crazy side once more. Maybe not kill people, but definitely start actin nutty and legit once again. Oh man. I've always been a Joker fan my whole life, but Ledger took it a step up for me.
