How come you can get your forms to level 7 at max but my valor is on lvl 5 and it says 0 exp to the next lvl??

Also how come sometimes I can't turn into a certain form like wisdom form even though I have full drive. It doesn't even show up under Drive.

For the first question, that is because you need another form to a certainly lvl., to be specific the Final Form to get max to lvl 7.

The second, do you have Donald in your party? Because if you don't have it in your party you can't use Wisdom Form.
