You people need to broaden your horizons.

I totally agree that another one with Sora would be much more boring.I would like a past story with how Mickey got the keyblade or with Sora and Co ancestors while showing at the end when Sora is born.It would make perfect sense to put a past story,and also remember in KH1 when Kairi was communicating with Sora and it was that old lady.I think that might have to do with the past but I'm not sure though .They preety much made it to where it will be a past story.
And people will also have to deal with the fact that Roxas won't be in 3.He will though be in the DS game 358/2 days.

Does anyone agree with me?

In KH1 I was immersed in cool Disney worlds, and with each one was like "Whoa, I get to fight beside Jack Skellington! Wicked! This Sora character is a little weird, and I'm not really sure why they added a few Final Fantasy characters, but this is fun".

In KH2 I was drawn in by the immersive storyline and mystery that built up after KH1 and CoM. I wanted to see what happened to Sora and who the hell these guys in black coats were. I honestly didn't care what happened to the Disney worlds or Donald and Goofy.

And as I played KH2 that feeling strengthened; Hollow Bastion was my favorite stage by far. Being able to fight alongside Tifa, Cloud, Leon and Yuffie and then destroying 1000 heartless to stop guys in black coats while thinking that a team mate of mine just DIED was fairly epic.

Helping Ariel fall in love or helping Simba become king were things I skip when I play through the game now. I want more of the main plot, more things unique to the Kingdom Hearts line, and less random Disney stuff, as sad as I am to say it.

What I want out of KH3, sadly enough, is less kiddy sidequests into Disney land for things I don't care about, or have it tie into the main quest even better. Summons in KH2 were useless. I laughed everytime I got a new one, because I knew I would never use it. That, and limit breaks with other characters. I need my mana to heal myself and occasionally to zap those large body guys that refuse to die otherwise, not to waste on limit breaks and terrible summons.

I'm glad they're trying new things with these awkward handheld versions; it may help them refine the main line, if they ever get around to it. Also, redo the way you acquire keyblades. One good keyblade, 3 that are weak and boost stupid things, repeat. :/

very well said Sonic Flash... wow, and that is how a lot of people are thinking. I never once used a summon in KH2 and used magic only in times where physical attacks were nullified.

The Disney stuff did get a little out of hand in KH2. In KH1, everyone was like yeah, final fantasy and Disney together. In KH2 the story got so good, that people started saying "Who cares about Ariel and Simba, where is Organization XIII and what are they doing while im wasting me time. Going to Disney worlds is a part of the game, but as long as there are no stupid meaningless things to do that we HAVE to do, I will be happy.

Just remember, nothing has been said about KH3 in any way shape or form to my knowledge. The only thing we have is Nomura stating that these 3 new games (BBS, 358/2Days, & Coded) will lead to something else...

I think right now, SquareEnix is trying to drop Disney, now that Kingdom Hearts has really taken off.
Before it used Disney as a support system, as in, "Hey kids! Check out this new game, featuring all your favorite Disney friends!"
But now, it's really become it's own deal.
By now, Enix probably wants to do their own thing.

I still dont understand why they wouldn't put it on PS2, I also heard somewhere the they might bring it out on PSP...which to me is a load of %@&*!!

Firstly the PSP version wont be KHIII, secondly, it wont be on a PS3 because there isn't enough space on a disc to fit it, and the graphics for the PS2 suck in comparison to the PS3, as well as what the PS3 can do, and thirdly, because the PS3 no longer has BC, it would be far better for them to make it for the PS2

Now I don't know about moving away from disney, in fact I'd like to see a few more Disney worlds (just the worlds and characters - no childish games like the whole "sing-along" thing).

Those interviews were about the new handhled games, NOT KH3.

If it comes out on the PS2, SE would be laughed at and I would be very upset... PS3 is the superior console out right now, why not use the power (starts getting the greedy feeling all of a sudden)

You guys I swear are giving me a headache.
No Enix won't drop Disney.Yeah I know I hate doing all that side quest Disney shit infact I only play Kingdom Hearts because of the superb story line,but if Disney were to be droped then it would lose the Disney fans.
KH3 I'm sorry but only a n00b would put it for the PS2.I mean seriously why when you can chose the system with better graphics and also if there isn't enough room to put it on a disc then they can make it with 2 disc's.
I think based on my own opinion and information that 358/2 days will take care of Roxas when thats over I believe that there will be no more need for Roxas.I know you try to make any excuse just to have Roxas but please if you want Roxas then just get a DS then when the game comes out you will have plenty of Roxas.
