Later in the game you can buy them but I'm guessing you're not at that point yet so right now you can just find them. -------------------

I Am really far. Do you buy them anywhere you go or is there a specfic place because i had alot but i forget where to buy them. -------------------

They should be at any item store. There's one in hallow bastion in the marketplace and in twilite town. -------------------
