You Need the seven orchalicum plus's, then use ENERGY CRYSTALS you need about 10 to cut the cost of ultima weapon. Energy crystals: 4 percent chance of resceivng enrgy crystals in the book master's.(guy's with big books in

I got my Frost Shards from Lance Soldiers which are located in Port Royal, and Hook Bats, which are in Agrabah.

I don't know about the recipe, sorry.
